Sinead is originally from Ireland, having graduated in 2006 with a B.Sc. (Hons) Physiotherapy degree from Trinity College, Dublin. She has worked in the acute sector since this time, managing a wide range of clients in the areas of post-operative, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Sinead has also managed several sports teams at local club level in the prevention and management of sporting injuries.
In July 2011, Sinead qualified as a Certified Pilates Instructor with the APPI in London. Since moving to Australia she has worked in private practice, where she enjoys teaching Clinical Pilates classes and using the principles of Pilates in her rehabilitation and treatment of various musculoskeletal, spinal and sporting injuries.
Sinead has a lot of experience and interest in the field of Women’s Health and the prevention & management of pre and postnatal pelvic and low back pain.
