Our core strength and conditioning programs, designed separately for men and women, emphasise the development of the core muscle groups, including the spinal muscles, abdominals, hips and lower back.

Many AFL players and elite athletes are now incorporating Clinical Pilates to their exercise regime, in order to enhance their strength, coordination and flexibility by developing their core muscle groups.

Our programs train seven key physical performance factors including posture, balance, stability, flexibility, coordination, endurance and functional strength. Although strength training is crucial, stretching the muscles to build longer, more agile muscles is important as well to enhance performance and prevent injury.
