Sally graduated with honours from The University of Melbourne in 2003. After graduating she worked in several musculoskeletal physiotherapy private practices across Melbourne, and team physio for Knox Basketball team and the Monash University swim team. Sally has completed her Clinical Pilates training with Dance Medicine Australia and her Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy at Latrobe University.
In 2010 Sally and Sheree opened PMPP in order to pursue their interests in Clinical Exercise and rehabilitation, and sports and spinal physiotherapy. Sally believes Clinical Exercise and dynamic core stability training to be an essential adjunct to recovering from injury, preventing future injuries and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She is very experienced in the treatment and management of pregnancy related back and pelvic pain, both pre- and post-natal. Since having her daughter Gigi in 2017 she has a special interest in this area and is passionate about helping women throughout their pregnancy journey and into motherhood.
Sally believes in an holistic approach to exercise and well-being, enjoying a range of activities to keep fit and healthy, including walking, running, flow yoga, aerial yoga and pilates.
