Sally graduated with honours from The University of Melbourne in 2003. After graduating she worked in several musculoskeletal physiotherapy private practices across Melbourne, and was involved with various sporting teams and events including Monash University Games, BRW triathlon and Knox Basketball Club. She also completed her Clinical Pilates training with Dance Medicine Australia and her Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy at Latrobe University.
In 2010 Sally and Sheree opened PMPP in order to pursue their interests in Clinical Pilates and sports and spinal physiotherapy. Sally believes Clinical Pilates to be an essential adjunct to recovering from injury, preventing future injuries and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She is very experienced in the treatment and management of pregnancy related back and pelvic pain, both pre- and post-natal. Since having her daughter Gigi in 2017 she understands the demands pregnancy and children place on your body and has a special interest in this area.
Sally believes in an holistic approach to exercise and well-being, enjoying a broad range of activities to keep fit and healthy, including walking/running, boxing, yoga and of course Pilates 🙂 She has even dabbled in Flying Trapeze classes at Circus Oz….not off to join the circus yet!
