Fitness Reformer Pilates

At Port Melbourne Physiotherapy and Pilates we offer Fitness Reformer Classes, to provide clients with a high intensity, dynamic workout

Fitness Reformer Pilates classes are faster paced and higher intensity than Clinical Pilates, and involve a whole body workout. Classes are fun and dynamic, focusing on posture, general strength and core activation.

Class sizes still remain small, with a maximum of 8 per group, to ensure your pilates instructor can monitor and correct your technique.

 

Getting Started 

Book classes and pay online via the MindBody App

Classes are held Monday and Thursdays 6am and 7am.

Fitness Reformer classes are not suitable for pregnancy or for clients recovering from injury. If you are unsure if these classes are suitable for you, contact reception on 96817255
